We always try to have a vegetarian option to our popular crab paves. This one happens to be completely vegan: fava and ramp with crispy shallots.
Tuna with snap peas, strawberries and hazelnut chili crisp. This dish changes often, with ingredients at their best seasonally, enjoy it while it lasts!
