We always try to have a vegetarian option to our popular crab paves. This one happens to be completely vegan: fava and ramp with crispy shallots.
Tuna with snap peas, strawberries and hazelnut chili crisp. This dish changes often, with ingredients at their best seasonally, enjoy it while it lasts!
Spinach salad with asian pear, oro blanco and sesame dressing. One of my favorite dishes on the menu right now.
